Try with google. You will get it. It has two parts- 5,4. First part is adjective(viSeshaNam).
Few years back there had a heavy fireworks accident and it was banned or controlled all over Kerala.
Wikipedia still doesn’t have a page for the temple. But it being mentioned many places. Wikimapia already have it. The temple has its own website.

I got the answer(before your clues), but I am not familiar with the word/place,when I am trying in the google the answer is coming the four plus four letter word, Second part is okay actually I am struggled with the first part….then I try with trial and error method and reached . But you know my rank position was come down due the same. Anyway this is very interesting and giviing more and more knowldge about different things….. Thanks for your clues
