    7D answer is not wrong.Please have a search in google with keyword “kadamba dynasty”.you will get an answer.he is also known by another name with a slight difference n that is the answer of 7D.

    Thanks rajesh, i dint know about the right place where it mentioned, but i gave clue that the answer related to a place also in idukki and that’s right i think…..Still i am in search of the second letter of 11D. Anyones clues dint help me….plsss anyone help me to find this.

    11D second letter ……. I think the actual letter wrongly typed in the crossword…me tied up the same letter still am not get the answer balances everything was filled..See this type of problems loosing the time to the contestants to get the top ranks…..Admin Please give important attention to this type of problems.

    Secondly… he is not fullfill the following conditions for making the Cross words
    1. 11 x 11 or more size
    2. not connected the segments : ex.:23A, 7D,4D,6A etc..etc.
    3. 7D asnwer is wrong. please check the history and get the correct answer
    4. 19D the river name that is not a malayalam word – that is okay but the answer not correct . One more English letter want to type in the answer then we get the correct answer

    See this is not an agruments of review of the Crossword….I just try to point out the problems facing the contestants.

    this crossword is created either before we publish the rules or we like the connectivity of answers or some other factors.

    11d …2 letter… double the word and use ഓ with it. eg: XXO

    8A… 4th letter is present in 23A.
    ….5th letter is in 13D
    (but you have to use any one of vowels/chandrakala/visargam etc with it)

    no more clues allowed on 11D and 8A.

    HO! Finally I could finish it after wasting hours of time trying for those two letters in 8A and 11D. Thanks for the clue like “silk” for 11A and the instruction from admn to use O for 11D. Otherwise i could not have done this. For those who are still searching for the second letter of 11D, the letter is not light/direct “to” but is the one in the malayalam for parrot. Use “O” to expand it. I request the admn to publish this clue also as I know how frustrated the persons who waste their valuable time in front of the computer but cant type the letter because of the mistake happened due to the wrong translation of a word!

    6A- there is no such a question.
    then4D– a good search in google will help you.
    Again am saying 7D answer is not wrong.He is known in this name also.
    19D.Amazone is not a malayalam word. But we call it amazone in malayalam.Thus in thamil, the name of the river ends as “xxxxai”.Others call it “xxxxa”.
    Then 11D. How we pronounce “t” in the well known string instrument?

    I didn’t make any mistake deliberately. Verified the answers many times using different sources.

    Rajesh, i have a simple doubt. Forget about the musical instrument. Tell me how do we pronouce “Tom” in malayalam? I tried in that way and had to waste a lot of time typing every letters. Then I repeated it doubling each letter, as somebody gave a clue that the letter should be doubled. However, apart from that two spelling confusions, I enjoyed your crossword and expect more like this from you. I think, yours is the best of the eight crosswords i did so far on mashithandu. Congrats. Though i dont take it in a competitive spirit, I like to try it just to pass time. Thanks to everybody behind mashithandu and those who create clues for us.

    Suggestions from the admn are appreciated. May i pls suggest another thing? will you pls indicate us if the basic letter we typed in a column is correct but only the swara (vowel) used with it is wrong, in another color? If so we can try that letter with different swaras and find the apt letter more easily. For ex: if the letter required is “tho” or “thi” and when type only “tha” can you tell us that the letter is partly correct by indicating it in another color, as if you show the wrong ones in pink. In the previous crosswords, i had to waste a lot of time to find only two letters. Pls think of it and do accordingly if other participants also agree with my suggestion.
