    Dear/Respected Sir,

    Really it is a very great work as you have done to promote the English/Malayalam Dictionary with ease.

    Yes, to be very very frank with you that sometimes, I was facing some trouble to get an exact word for some particular words, which is using very rarely. In such a way today I have seeked the help of my friend to get the exact word of Padakkuthira and he has been forward this link TO ME and it is working out very well.

    But, unfortunately I am not getting the english word of the correct word which I type in Malayalam. So, would you be kind enough to give me the exact reason for the same. But, when my friend is typing the word from his side he is getting the English word as steed without any difficulties.

    In view of the above, you are kindly requested to inform me the exact reasons for the unavailability of the english word on my computer if you are aware the reason.

    Hope, you will look into the matter and do the needful at your end.

    Once again thank very much for your tremendous service, which is existing to our Malayalam speaking Brothers and sisters worldwide.
