ചാന്ദിനിയുടെ മലയാള ഭാഷയോടുള്ള അഭിനിവേശത്തേ മാനിക്കുന്നു.

എന്നാലും, എന്‍റെ വ്യക്തിപരമായ അഭിപ്രായത്തില്‍ മറ്റുള്ള ഭാഷകളിലും നമ്മളുടെ അറിവ് വളര്‍ത്തുന്നത് നല്ല കാര്യം തന്നെയാണ്.

പൊട്ടക്കുളത്തിലെ തവളകള്‍ പോലെയല്ലല്ലോ നമ്മള്‍ മലയാളികള്‍. ഉപജീവനാര്‍ത്ഥം ഭാരതത്തിലെ ഏതു് സംസ്ഥാനത്തോ അതല്ല വേറേ ഏത് രാജ്യത്തോ ചെന്ന് തമസിച്ചാലും അവിടുത്തെ ഭാഷ നമ്മള്‍ പെട്ടെന്ന് പഠിച്ചെടുക്കുന്നു. ഇത് മലയാളികളുടെ ഒരസാമാന്യമായ കഴിവല്ലേ?

1996-ല്‍ “मेरी आवाज़ सुनो” എന്ന ദേശീയ സംഗീത മത്സരത്തില്‍ മലയാളിയായ പ്രദീപ് സോമസുന്ദരന്‍ “ലതാ മങ്കേഷ്കര്‍ ട്രോഫി” നേടിയത് അന്യഭാഷാ പാട്ടുകള്‍ പഠിച്ചു് പാടിയതു കൊണ്ടല്ലേ? നമ്മളുടെയൊക്കെ അഭിമാനമായ ഗാനഗന്ധര്‍വ്വന്‍ യേശുദാസു് ദേശീയ പ്രശസ്തി നേടിയതുമൊക്കെ അന്യഭാഷാ ഗാനങ്ങള്‍ കൂടി പാടിയല്ലേ? സംഗീതത്തിന് ഭാഷയില്ല. സങ്കുചിത മനോഭാവമുള്ളവരല്ല നമ്മള്‍ മലയാളികള്‍. അതു കൊണ്ടല്ലേ പല തമിഴ്, ഹിന്ദി സിനിമകള്‍ക്ക് മലയാളം സിനിമകളേക്കാള്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ കാഴ്ചക്കാരുണ്ടാകുന്നത്.

വ്യക്തിപരമായി പറഞ്ഞാല്‍ ഹിന്ദി പദപ്രശ്നമായാലും തമിഴ് പദപ്രശ്നമായാലും കൂടി ഒരു കൈ നോക്കിക്കളയാമെന്ന് തന്നെയാണ്.

എനിക്ക് ഇതൊരു ബോറിംഗ് ഏര്‍പ്പാടായിട്ടാണ് തോന്നിയത്. ഒരു പക്ഷെ മലയാളം പദപ്രശ്നങ്ങള്‍ കളിച്ചു ശീലിച്ചതിനാല്‍ ആവാം. ഇനി ഹിന്ദി പദപ്രശ്നവും വേണം. പിന്നെ തമിഴും ആവാം. മലയാളം ടി വി ചാനലുകളില്‍ മലയാളത്തേക്കാള്‍ പ്രാധാന്യത്തോടെ അന്യ ഭാഷകളിലെ പാട്ടുകള്‍ ആണല്ലോ മല്സരാര്‍ഥികള്‍ പാടാറ്. അത് പോലെ ഇവിടെയും. എന്നെങ്കിലും അന്യ ടി വി ചാനലുകളില്‍ നമ്മുടെ പാട്ടുകള്‍ എന്നെങ്കിലും കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടോ?

19B is a Sanskrit word. Hope English will adopt that soon …

Yes, it is my first attempt and I feel much easier to create an English CW comparing to Malayalam. There are only 26 letters to deal with

And that is the same reason the score is blocked till you reach 80% of the score. 80% effort + 20% trial and error

1. 11 Down- Social insects, Correct answer is the plural of it (4 LETTERS), is it not?
2. 19 Backward- is it not a Sanskrit word in the English Crossword?

Anyway, as a first attempt, this one is good.

1. Score will be hidden while the game starts.
You have to complete 80% cells correctly to check the score board.

2. After two days each crossword starts, score board will be visible after 40% of completion.

I ALSO THIK IT IS 80%
